Exodus 34¹⁴ For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

Better know which god you are worshipping. Satan can do everything that the LORD can do. give you dreams, give you signs, control the wind, make fire come from the heavens, and place thoughts inside of your head.

Matthew 7²¹ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. ²² Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? ²³ And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

If you are doing good works just to try to enter the kingdom of heaven once you die, I doubt you will be able to. You must want to do good works truly in your heart.
